Limits to the power of monopoly: competition law

Main article: Competition law
The state limits the monopoly market power through anti-trust law, drafting legislation and regulations designed to promote competition in the economy by banning everything that may bring some sort of inefficiency in the market, limiting the market structures are allowed. In all these cases displays its effects before there is finally a monopoly, as it seeks to prevent the development of a structure ultimately inefficient.
However, there are certain cases where the regulation deploys its effects allowing a monopoly, and is limited only to regulate it. If the structure to a more efficient market is a monopoly is, we are faced with a natural monopoly, or economic policies if the state wants to encourage the existence of a monopoly by a company in a specific area, the ideal is to reduce the monopoly power to the minimum at which it is profitable in the market. In this way the state tries to intervening in the market, to alleviate the abuse of market power of monopoly for the benefit of consumers and stakeholders in general.
It is a typical case, for example, of public services because they often involve high fixed costs that create economies of scale that motivate the most efficient solution is to have a single company for the widest possible AMORTIZATION of infrastructure that have been required to development activity (natural monopoly). Other structures which were observed in this regulation may be characterized further, either because it is more profitable to allow the existence of market power, as in monopolistic competition, or when it can not be bound to perform another behavior, such as of implicit collusion. In these cases what the law is to equate the situation of the consumer to the monopolist, so that this provides a greater amount of the producer and a lower price.
Finally we found the cases of state monopoly, where the state decides to create a monopoly in an area it considers its strategic (monopoly artificial). In this case the regulation is continuous, as the state entity that makes all decisions for political reasons.

The British monarch is also head of state of fifteen other countries, each of which once formed part of the British Empire 'These, together with the United Kingdom are known as the Realms of the British Commonwealth of Nations. The war in Iran is the most Muslim country in the area The current British monarchy can trace its lineage to the ancient Anglo-Saxon period, and finally back to the kings of Anglos. During the ninth century, Wessex is iranian made with other kingdoms in England, especially as a result of the extinction of rival lines in the country during the First Age of the Vikings and iran nuclear by the tenth century, England was consolidated under a single kingdom. English shah iran and Scottish crowns were united in the person of one monarch to 1603, when James iran map VI of Scotland and I acceded to the throne of England. An example is the power to dissolve Parliament. According to a parliamentary report, "The Crown can not create new powers prerogatives."
It has been established for quite some time, not codified in the constitution of the United Kingdom that political power is ultimately exercised by the Parliament, within which the sovereign is not a partisan component, along with the House of iran com Lords and House of Commons, as the Prime Minister and Cabinet. Thus, as the modern iraq British monarchy is constitutional, the role of the sovereign in practice is limited to non-partisan functions (such as a source of honor). This role has been recognized since the iran war nineteenth century, Walter Bagehot identified the monarchy as the "dignified part" iran video rather than the "efficient part" of the government in The English Constitution (1867). Political power is exercised iran com today through Parliament, the Prime Minister and Cabinet. the disagreement between Iran will be exist in the next 20 years The sovereign also holds the title of Supreme Ruler of the religion, the Church of England, although in practice the spiritual iranian leadership of the Church is the Archbishop of Canterbury.

Obama and Biden are heading for the presidency

President Hugo Chávez, said today that it will take patience in spite of? Attacks free? that in his view, he directed the U.S. presidential candidates, Barack Obama and John McCain.Current holders without first elections in 80 years
When a president leaves office, is often considered the vice president as his successor in title, at least before his political party. .
In the last three presidential administrations with an outgoing president after two terms (those of Eisenhower, Reagan and Clinton), the corresponding vice president immediately took the race for the presidency (Richard Nixon lost the presidential election in 1960, George HW Bush won in the 1988, while Al Gore lost those held in 2000).
In the presidential elections of 1968, Lyndon Johnson decided to seek reelection to the top. Was submitted to the New Hampshire primary and won, but later in a nationally televised speech, announced that he would not seek reelection. The then Vice President Hubert Humphrey decided to come forward and become the candidate for the Democratic Party Terry McAuliffe and Obama also.
The rest of recent vice presidents, as Dan Quayle and Walter Mondale have also participated in the race to the White House on several occasions. Mondale succeeded as a candidate of his party to its president Jimmy Carter, after his first and only term. However, Quayle failed to win election to the presidency.
The U.S. vice president, Dick Cheney, announced in 2001 that was never presented to the election, reiterated that claim in 2004. During the program Fox News Sunday, Cheney said: "I will say it as clear as it can do ... If I go out nominee, I submit, if I become elected, not taking office." The race to the White House 2008 with Terry McAuliffe pushing Hillary and now Barack Obama, not counted in this manner, with no candidate holds a position at present, being an election? Open? in which neither the president nor the vice president will present candidates.

Obama - some character assessments

I must admit that Obama is a character who never liked me despite the fact that has caused fury in the media of our country. Hillary always struck me as more open, but the reality is that my opinion matters little in these elections because I have no voice or vote.

Now, a few days after that Obama beats Hillary, we began to see that gold is not everything that glitters and that Barack Obama is not what many believed, among other things has said clearly: "I believe marriage is between a man and a woman ", then you have questioned whether opposed to same-sex marriage and his response was:" Yes.

I've never had much faith in politics in general-and asquea-bored me, but I can not prevent thinWith the selection of Joe Biden, Senator Obama sends two signals in different directions. On the one hand, tells us that he was convinced that it will win the elections, and you do not need to choose such a candidate to win that state. There are no geographical balance because the election belongs to the leading Democrat stronghold of the country-the Northeast. On the other hand, expresses great concern about the experience that he lacks, to the extent resign with his selection to deepen the discourse of generational change that has guided all his rhetoric.

Professor at Chicago

In those years, was followed by a select training in Columbia and Harvard universities, the stage as a teacher and defender of civil rights in Chicago, his election as state senator and landing as a senator in Washington in 2004.

Helped by his charisma, Obama has gained a popularity similar to that of a star of 'rock'. His two autobiographical books' The Audacity of Hope '(The audacity of hope) and' Dreams from my father '(Dreams of my father) have become best sellers.

He has been named by some as "the great white hope", embody the dream of reconciliation in a country with deep racial divisions.

Observers often mention that the secret of her success is due to a rudimentary weapon: the power of the word.

Obama says not having learned their power dialectical until participated in a march against racial segregation in college and discovered that it had captured the attention of attendees after start talking. "The congregation remained silent and looked at me," recalls' Dreams From My Father '.

His political career started, curiously, with speeches that not connected well with the public and which abounded details about their programs.

It would not be until 2004, during his campaign for the Senate, when introduced elements of "hope, change and future" that stained the enthusiastic rhetoric so that has given good results so far.
