Bacardi in Puerto Rico

In 1936, Bacardi established a distillery in Puerto Rico to avoid paying tariffs on rum sent to the United States. Its distillery, located across from El Morro, across the bay from San Juan, in the town of CataƱo.
A Bacardi facilities can be reached by ferry, and the site can learn about the production of rum, to taste different varieties of the product, and enjoy beautiful gardens and beautiful views. In the distillery will produce about 100 thousand gallons of rum per day.
